Returns
We accept returns within 3 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please reach out to our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and any personalized products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
